I can tell you that even though I had to write my packet in 3 days since I was starting my job the following Tuesday, and those 3 days REALLY sucked, employers really liked seeing it on my resume when I was interviewing at OCIP the following fall.
It's silly and arbitrary, but whether or not you are on law review gives an easy way for interviewers distinguish between the 20-30 students they talk to in a single day.
CLR members are supposed to be wearing our god-awful green t-shirts today, so 1Ls are encouraged to come up and ask us any questions you might have.
