Working At the Firm

RE: end of summer offers

Does anyone know if these happen the same way that OCIP offers did? Should we be waiting for a call or is this stuff done by official letter through the mail?

Ask a young associate at your firm how they received their offer. Or ask the hiring partner.

Most people I've talked to are still waiting to hear back from their firms. My firm called me about a week after I finished for the summer.

Any insight into the hours required of an associate at a New York v. San Francisco firm?
