3-and-a-half 'Doh!''s

The New York Post, normally a repository of B-list gossip, Page 6 extortion schemes, and rants about Hillary Clinton's socialism, has one of the most ingenious movie reviews I've read. Maybe the Simpsons should hire the writer full time.

(Anyone looking for 75% of the male graduating 3L class tonight should have an easy time of it...especially at 12:01 AM and especially after what they've been through.)

Anyway, this bar/CLR/classes/clerkship talk is getting depressing, so consider this an open "emerging from the deadness that is the California bar and/or CLR rejection and ready to enjoy my last 26 days of summer" thread.

I think I remember a sort of rubric Boalties compiled of the under the radar grade cut offs firms use for use...like, if you have this many P's from 1L, your chances at Skadden are super slim. Or, was that part of one of my bad dreams where I was at the beach, and then out of the ocean came a sea of gunners to laugh at me for not brining my case books on vacation?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to congratulate everyone who just finished the bar today--not that you should be reading this now. I am proud of you for getting through it. It gives me hope that I will survive when I go through the same thing next year.

Enjoy the rest of the summer!
