The question took the form of a 900lbs gorilla. Well done, man.
For the pleasure of those absent: the speaker said that although he's not speaking for the firm, it was not "handled the way I would advise a client to handle it." He also stressed that the decision was made by businesspeople and not lawyers.
i'm really, really sad i missed the awkward moment.
OT: What can you guys tell me about Jesse Fried? He's visiting CLS.
