When you go to the Journal list on the Boalt webpage, why does the link for Berkeley Journal of African American Policy & Law lead you here?

What an egregious error!!! How could the school make such a loaded "mistake"? Its obvious that the school is indicating that African-American issues are synonymous with Criminal Law - effectively criminalizing all African-Americans. this is shameful and clearly deliberate
If Texas made this mistake, 3:24 and every other die-hard Berkeleyan, would be all over them for their subtle and overwhelming disregard. At the least, 3:34's comment should help us/you liberals remember our need to be as understanding with the other side...

If Texas had made this mistake, I wold have assumed it was deliberate. At Berkeley, I'm chalking it up as random error brought on by an acute case of public employment (zing!).
At berkeley, no one is surprised. UC IT is pretty hilarious.
