The Logic is Impeccable
If you thought the U.S. had draconian barriers to sexual harassment suits, then you should read about this decision by a Russian court. When the Code of Hammurabi gives women more legal rights, you know the country is backwards.

What an implied argument: If sexual harassment is necessary to propagate the human race, then all sex is harassment.
Now there's a judge with his head on straight. Sexual harassment law is not a species-wide suicide pact.
