Good Luck, We're All Counting On You
I know a lot of people in the Class of 2008 are going through hell. The next few days are absolute torture. For the uninitiated, think of it as that feeling in your stomach when a roller coaster drops...except it lasts for about a week. Bonne chance.

As someone waiting for bar results, I've found it useful to stay really busy and very social. I don't think I've had a spare moment alone to think in the past week, which is just about the only way to go.
Or maybe just all my anxiety is waiting until Friday to rear its ugly head...
Good luck everyone!
Ha, no pressure right? I just wish people would stop asking me if I passed. I've had everyone from my mom to my hairdresser ask me if I passed this week. Ugh. Don't call me, I'll call you...
my advice: if, as in prior years, the results come out in the late afternoon, and if you're working, take off at noon. you don't want to be in the office when the result comes up. you don't want people hovering over your shoulder.
Do results ever come out prior to the official 6pm release time?
I want to second the suggestion to not be at work. I was a NY bar taker, so we found out our results last week. I took the morning off; a friend in my office didn't. He said everyone kept coming by the office and asking him if he knew and had he checked and how he was feeling. He said it was pointless to be at work because he was annoyed and he got zero work done. I found out in the quiet of my favorite coffee shop and was able to go back to work without agitation (happily) or irritation.
7:52: You split an infinitive. You definitely did not pass.
I am just staying busy. It isn't that bad, with friends like Jack D. and Vic O. Din around.
Armen, thanks for the Airplane reference.
Airplane? What's that?
It's a big machine that flies in the air...but that is not important right now...
Just hang loose blood. I'll catch you on the rebound.
Shirley we'll all be fine.
