Note: Youtube has been finicky lately, probably due to the failure of our government to meet our infrastructure bandwidth needs. If it doesn't work, you can 1) try reloading the page, or 2) move to Sweden.

Can you tell me about this? Now that Obama is in office I'm going to need a new reason to be pissed off.
Bandwidth requirements are just increasing faster than we are expanding, mostly due to resource-heavy web apps like youtube and p2p.
I'm just a cynical technophile - don't listen to me.
And that bear JUST got a makeover.
Maybe I'm just old school, but you guys have nothing on the law of rock.
I hope you're a better student than singer.
Semi-relatdly, 1L's gearing up for their CP exam today can find some levity in this quiz.

Patrick I do believe you are correct. You should draw the appeal.
I'm pretty sure the kid is amenable to service if he is ever present at the big table. It's probably a violation of due process to bar him from appearing to defend the suit, though.
McWho, building on Matt, here is my attempt.
But then he just has to evade the service and he is golden.
Just like the homeboys down on Page Street.

Hope this doesn't offend you, but I'm in the process of doing a little bit of fact checking on that stuff. I'll re-post your comment after I can confirm it is (a) legit, and (b) intended for public consumption.
Oh, screw it. He put it on ATL (comment 62). It's fair game. Here is 8:03's comment:

my question is, if he was so determined to ride it at the bottom of the Ps all the way to a biglaw gig, then why did the fact that he doesn't agree with the Socratic Method play such a large part in his decision that law school is for losers?
i mean, what does he care how it's taught if he was planning on being a slacker?
sounds like someone thinks they're better and more informed than other people.
