It's that day again - a day to throw those books and outlines aside and remember what it's like to be human, to give thanks with family and friends, and to shamelessly eat your way through 3,000 calories of pecan pie.

Personally, I am thankful for all those who have dedicated themselves to sobriety after struggling with alcohol. The holidays are a particularly difficult time for these individuals - but their dedication is deeply felt and appreciated by their loved ones. I am also thankful that Glee has been postponed to next year and I don't have to see anymore facebook statuses about it.
Wait. People outline before Thanksgiving?
I'm thankful for one more Thanksgiving with my granddaughters.
I'm thankful that any sub-p's will show up as P's this semester.
I wish I could say that I wasn't working today.

Thankful to be employed this coming Summer. Sincere hopes that it'll work out for everyone who hasn't nailed a job.
