Dean Edley's Large Role in the Obama Campaign
Marc Ambinder has an early read of Game Change, the new book on the 2008 campaign by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin, and finds out the following:
Harvard prof. and Obama friend Chris Edley played a much larger role at key moments in the campaign that has been previously reported. We'll have to read the book in order to find out the extent and nature of Dean Edley's apparently large role in the Obama campaign. It should hit book shelves tomorrow for those interested.

I believe it hits bookshelves tomorrow even for those not interested.
i respect someone more when they can play an important insider role like that and yet manage to keep that fact largely unknown. shows a sound sense of discretion.
I think it also shows that, in terms of getting a plum administration position, no amount of campaign contribution can overcome the opposition of the White House Chief of Staff.
Carbolic, what makes you say that?
