Google nails it again this year. The trademark dilution chart at the bottom of the post just had me dying. Good luck explaining the joke to your non-lawyer friends.

Oh, silliness can be appreciated even by us, "non-lawyer types." Then again... I work for the Judicial Council in CA. ;)

"I topeka'd him with Alta Vista" = the funniest thing I have read in weeks.
This is the second Alta Vista reference I have seen in two days. Something fishy is going on...
not to be a pedant, but that's more genericide humor than fair use humor.
